Returns & Exchanges ⭐️
Our policy allows for returns & exchanges within 20 days. If 20 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be smoke free, unused, unwashed & in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging & original tags attached. Items returned without the original tags, may be refused or charged a 20-50% restock fee if accepted.
SALE ITEMS, UNDERGARMENTS & CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Only regular priced items may be returned & exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.
♡-Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox. Please pack the shoebox inside another box as the original shoebox must be returned undamaged.
♡-Jewelry & bags must be returned with original box or bag.
♡-Original shipping fees are not refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
♡-Items received as a gift are only valid for an in-store credit. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased & shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return, less shipping charges. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
♡-Orders made on Wanelo.com are returnable for an in-store credit only. All listed terms within the Return & Exchange Policy apply for Wanelo orders.
♡-Returned or refused orders will incur return shipping charges. Any return fees will be deducted from the returned goods amount due.
♡-Damaged or defective items:
If an item is received damaged or defective, customer service needs to be notified with images attached, within 3 days of receiving the order. Damaged or defective items are valid for store credit only. We will provide instructions for the return & replacement within 2-3 days of your email. To complete your return & exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If your item was damaged or defective & you still want to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at: email@example.com, within 3 days of receipt, as per the Damaged or Defective policy. We will hope to have your size in stock & place it on hold until we receive your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of the original shipping charges will be deducted from your credit.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item & are not responsible for lost items.
